What’s To Go Paleo All About?

I discovered my gluten sensitivity during a 30-day Paleo challenge with my CrossFit gym. Since then, I’ve embraced the Paleo lifestyle and have been baking my own breads and treats. After retiring, I decided to turn my passion for baking into a small business, creating delicious, allergen-friendly foods for others to enjoy.

I now have a booth at the Salem Saturday Market from the first Saturday in March until the last Saturday in October from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Every item will be made under the Paleo guidelines of gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. The main flours used are almond, cassava, tapioca, and/or arrowroot flours. The sweeteners used are coconut sugar, local honey, maple sugar, dates, and/or maple syrup. Please see this page with the ingredients listed for each item.

Every item sold has a label with the ingredients, my name and address, and the net weight of the product. Here is an example of a label from my “Anytime Cookies”:
