All About Us

What’s To Go Paleo All About?

I started To Go Paleo, LLC because I could not find delicious treats or breads that I could eat safely. I started baking for myself and then for my friends. My friends encouraged me to start this business but I resisted until this past year. I am baking everything in my own kitchen under the cottage law of Oregon. I make 3 – 4 different items each week.

Now I have Paleo breads and treats for sale at three different Salem Farmers Markets. For March and April, only the Saturday downtown market is open from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Starting in May until September, I will be at the Thursday market in West Salem from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm and the Monday market behind the Salem hospital from 9:30 am – 1:30 pm. The Saturday market will continue until the end of October.

Every item will be made under the Paleo guidelines of gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. The main flours used are almond, cassava, tapioca, and/or arrowroot flours. The sweeteners are mostly coconut sugar, local honey, maple sugar, and/or maple syrup. Please see this page with the ingredients listed for each item.

Every item sold has a label with the ingredients, my name and address, and the net weight of the product. Here is an example of a label from my “Anytime Cookies”:
